Dakota REV Soccer Club Registration Fee Refund Policy:  Fall and Summer League updated June 12, 2010

FALL REFUND POLICY Fall registrants are required to pay the full player fee prior to being placed on a fall roster -- No exceptions.  If after team rosters are posted online and a player chooses to decline their rostered team assignment by the following deadline, the player will be reimbursed the full registration fee.  A request for a refund must be received via the FALL REFUND EMAIL by the following deadline: U9 - U14 Fall Players:  5:00 PM on August 15, 2010  - No Exceptions. SUMMER REFUND POLICY Summer registrants are required to pay the full, mandatory registration fee prior to attending tryouts — No Exceptions.  If after team rosters are posted and a player chooses to decline their team assignment by the following deadline, the player will be reimbursed the registration fee less a $40 tryout fee.  Requests for a refund must be received via the SUMMER REFUND EMAIL by the following deadlines: U11-U17 Summer Players:  5:00 PM on September 10, 2010  - No Exceptions. U9-U10 Summer Players:  5:00 PM on November xx, 2010  - No Exceptions. Every attempt will be made to place all registrants on a team. On occasion, Dakota REV is unable to place a registrant on a team, or a player will opt out of the club after they have been assigned to a team.  After tryouts, and once a player has been placed on a team, no refunds of any part of the registration fee of $40 will be made with the following exceptions: A summer registration refund is given only for U11+ players opting out of their assigned team placement by the deadline: 5:00 PM on the date posted above OR players not being placed on a team for whatever reason less the $40 tryout fee, No Exceptions. A summer registration refund is given only for U9 & U10 players opting out of their assigned team placement by the deadline: 5:00 PM on the date posted above OR players not being placed on a team for whatever reason less the $40 tryout fee, No Exceptions. A partial refund will be given to players who experience a season-ending injury prior to the beginning of the playing season. A partial refund will be given to players who move out of the general geographic area prior to the beginning of the playing season.
