| TEAM MANAGER DUTIES |
The team manager handles all administrative duties of the traveling soccer team to allow the coaching staff to coach. A team manager will be the communications liaison between the parents, the coaching staff, and Dakota REV Administrators. A team manager, along with input from the team parents, coordinates the selection of tournaments, plans the season and will assist the coaches before and after each game.
PRE-SEASON RESPONSIBILITIES
- MANDATORY NATIONAL BACKGROUND CHECK — Prior to any team activity, all Team Managers, Coaches and Assistant Coaches must go online to register for the National Background Check.

- ATTEND REQUIRED MEETINGS — See below for meetings.
- DISTRICT/STATE TOURNAMENTS — Register your team by the posted deadlines for year-end District and State Tournaments. Applies to U11 and older teams only.
MANAGE TEAM FINANCES
- TEAM BUDGET — With the help of team parent input, create and manage a team budget.
- TEAM FUNDRAISING — Plan, organize and help establish fundraisers for your team. Teams must be granted prior approval from the Dakota REV Board prior to the start of any fundraising activities. Once approved, Dakota REV team fundraisers may be advertised under the Fundraiser link on the club web site. E-MAIL Amy Schenk, website coordinator with details on your fundraiser.

These photos will be affixed to an MYSA player pass for each player. Have each player sign their pass and then have the passes laminated (Kinkos, Office Max, etc.) Use a hole-punch to pop a hole in each pass and put the passes on a secure ring in alphabetical order. Include an identification card attached to the ring including a phone number in case passes are lost or left behind at a game!

PLAYER UNIFORMS
Barbara Brewer, uniform coordinator
E-MAIL
Dakota REV is on a two-year uniform rotation: new uniforms for all players in "even-numbered" years. For players joining the club in an "odd-numbered" year, please select "full uniform" at the time of player registration and choose your player's sizes for jersey, shorts and socks. Uniform fittings will be scheduled at the Irish Sports Dome in January. Check the homepage, or summer information link for scheduled uniform fitting dates/times. The uniform coordinator works with the team managers to organize their team's core uniform and uniform "extras" purchases. Managers will be contacted in early April when the uniforms and "extras" are sorted by team and ready for pick up.
