NEW!OUTDOOR PRACTICE FIELD REQUESTS
Beginning March 15, 2010 coaches or managers may request outdoor fields through Kevin Newman, Dakota REV field coordinator E-mail BACKGROUND CHECK required for all Coaches and Managers. If you coached or managed a team in fall '09 then you do not have to re-submit a background check for summer '10. All new coaches and managers, please refer to your E-mail from Monique to obtain the log-in information and password. MYSA Background Check
MANAGERS - REGISTER YOUR TEAM NOW FOR THE REV-IT-UP SPRING TOURNAMENT If you have not already done so, please register your team for our annual spring tournament.
Important reminders when registering……
1. When prompted to enter Coach Information, please enter YOUR information if you would like to be the primary contact for all tournament correspondence.
2. When prompted to choose a method of payment, please choose the "pay by check" option.
3. If you are playing up either in age or level of play, please register for the level you want to play!
SUMMER 2011 PLAYER EVALUATIONS
SUMMER 2011 PLAYER EVALUATIONS (U11 and older)
Summer 2011 Player Evaluations will be held the first week in August 1-8, 2010 for Summer 2011 team formations. Current Summer 2010 teams can be found by clicking on the Teams tab above.
Evaluations are open to Field Players and Goalkeepers U11+ and current GU9s intending to play up to GU11 in Fall '09 and/or Summer '10. Please read the following information thoroughly prior to registering. Traveling Soccer Evaluation Policy and Procedures Membership Agreement

MYSA MANDATORY NATIONAL BACKGROUND CHECK
Required for all Team Managers, Coaches & Asst. Coaches prior to start of any new soccer season. However, if you completed a background check prior to the Fall 2009 season, your application is still valid for Summer 2010 and you do not have to complete the application again. All NEW Team Managers, Coaches & Asst. Coaches, please go online for instructions on how to complete the National Background Check.
REQUIRED PLAYER FORMS
The following documents are required from each player for both fall and summer league, and tournament play. Managers will collect from each player:
1. MYSA Medical Release form. Click here for important MYSA guidelines on re-using an existing Medical Release form, and when Notarizing your form is required.
2. Photocopy of your player's Birth Certificate.
3. A current headshot of your player that is less than 1" square. Small class photos work well.
4. Code of Conduct Pledge. Parents must read, sign and adhere to the "Code of Conduct Pledge" throughout the summer season.
REFEREE PAYCHECKS FOR YOUR TEAM'S HOME LEAGUE GAMES
Managers, Instructions will be included when you pick up your packet. If, after receiving your packet, you still have questions, please E-mail Lisa Wolf, treasurer. Lisa will be tracking questions and will continue to communicate with the managers.
OUTDOOR FIELD REQUESTS
Fields will typically open in mid-April. Please DO NOT call the cities of Apple Valley or Rosemount to inquire about field opening dates. We will post opening information as soon as it becomes available. Outdoor practice fields and game reschedules MORE.

FOR COACHES
MYSA COACHING CLINICS FOR VOLUNTEER COACHES
As a club, we suggest at least a Y license for volunteer coaches, but an E license for older kids (U11+) is recommended for more competitive younger teams. Link to register: http://www.mnyouthsoccer.org/coaches/clinics.cfm Dakota REV will reimburse the registration fee for volunteer coaches only.

COACH EQUIPMENT BAGS
Equipment bags wiill be distributed at the first weeks sessions of Team Training in March. If you have questions about the equipment bags, please contact Tenner Thompson, equipment manager E-mail.
CORNER FLAGS FOR THE SUMMER SEASON

DAKOTA "REV-IT-UP" INVITATIONAL TOURNAMENT
Held in early May. This is the club's annual, two-weekend spring tournament set to kick off the summer season. All Dakota REV teams participate free of charge but all teams mustregister in order to participate.

PLAYER UNIFORMS
Dakota REV is on a two-year uniform rotation. The 2010 uniforms have been selected. 2010 is a year for new uniforms for ALL members whether just joining the club or a returning member. All Summer '10 players will need to purchase a full uniform. For more information on ordering 2010 uniforms, go to: Merchandise Price List
In addition to ordering "Extras" through the uniform coordinator, "Extras" are available directly through Soccer Express and orders can be e-mailed to Soccer Express at any time.
