Players U9-U14 that register for Fall League are required to register for Summer League at the same time. Team Formations for U9-U14s will determine both Fall and Summer Team rosters.

$110 Player Fee includes:

• Weekend MYSA league games
• Field usage for team practices, schedule determined by team.
• Supplemental insurance, through MYSA.

What is NOT included in Player fee:

• Player uniform kit
• Goalkeepers or coaches to provide a keeper jersey.
• Any paid coaching expenses, to be determined by the team.
• Tournament registration fees and expenses.
• Club offered training programs.

• October 18 — Rosemount fields close for the season to REV teams. 
• October 19 — Last day Apple Valley fields may be scheduled through Michael.
• October 19-24 — Teams may use AV fields only on a first-come/first-serve basis.
• October 24 — All Rosemount and AV fields are closed for the season and are off limits to all REV teams.  
• Do not give our club a bad reputation by using fields when we are not allowed.

Fall League is a shorter, six-week season open to all Dakota REV U9-U14 boys and girls and area in-house players. Rosters are formed based on the Summer 2013 Team Formations that take place in late July-early August.

Fall Players Move Up to the Next Age Group:
The end of Summer League and start of Fall League marks a player's move up to the next age level of play. For both this fall and next summer registrations you will register for the next year older than you just played in summer league (i.e., if you played U9 this summer, you register for U10 for this fall and next summer).

To determine a player's age level of play, MYSA has designated birthyear guidelines, not school grade levels. For more information, please refer to the MYSA Birthyear Guideline.

Fall Player Team Placement:
With Dakota REV, Team Formations are used to determine Fall and Summer League rosters and we make every effort to keep Fall and Summer rosters the same. Therefore, players U9-U14 that register for Fall League must also register for the subsequent Summer League at the same time. All players U9-U14 must attend Team Formations in late July/early August, prior to the start of Fall League, in order to be placed on a team that will carry over from Fall into Summer.

For Players New to Travel Soccer:
Dakota REV is a highly-competitive traveling soccer club. Regardless of age group or level of play, all players will be placed on the team best suited to his/her ability. Dakota REV does not accept requests for friends to be placed on the same team. Therefore, players will not necessarily be rostered on the same team as his/her friend(s). When registering, do not request that your player be rostered with a friend as the club will not comply with these requests.

Fall Teams Announced:
August 8, 2012 —  Fall team rosters will be posted online at the same time Summer Competitive rosters are posted. After rosters are posted, players wishing to decline their roster spot should refer to the Dakota REV Refund Policy for deadlines and more information.

Fall Travel Schedule:
According to MYSA, Fall League game play may begin early-September and run through mid-October. Team practices may begin any time after fall rosters are announced in early August, depending on how quickly the team is organized. Time commitments will vary by team but may result in 2-3 practices on weeknights with games scheduled on Saturdays and/or Sundays. Refer to MYSA Playing Nights for your age group. Typically there are only six weekend games scheduled in the fall season.

In addition to Fall League games, teams may choose to play in other fall tournaments and/or leagues:

U11-U14 teams may choose to participate in the MYSA Fall State Tournament
U9-U10 teams may choose to participate in the MYSA Fall Jamboree

One Uniform Kit for Fall and Summer:
Returning REV players will wear their current uniform kit for Fall and Summer League. Supplemental pieces such as extra socks or shorts may be orderd as needed.

Players new to REV are required to purchase a new uniform kit to be worn for Fall and Summer League. Shortly after Team Formations are posted, new Fall '12 players will be contacted with a link to order a uniform kit online.

Required Player Forms:
The Fall season marks the beginning of a new soccer "year," and all players are required to submit an updated MYSA Medical Release form in addition to providing the following documents to your fall team manager:

1. Completed, signed and dated MYSA Lliability Medical Release form
2. Photocopy of player's birth certificate
3. Photo for your Member Pass (managers will most-likely take each player's photo at an early practice)
4. Parent signed Code of Conduct Pledge
5. A check to cover the initial team payment, to be determined by each team.
