REV Program Trainers

Personal Training with REV Coaches & Trainers

Several REV coaches and trainers are eager to work with parent-coached teams or individual players seeking assistance in their skills development. The hourly rate will be set by the club but scheduling and facility rental fee will be the responsibility of the team or the parent. Joe was a four-year starter at Gustavus Adolphus College, Conference Player of the Year, and First Team All-America in '04. Coaching experience includes four years as the assistant varsity coach at Gustavus Adolphus College, two years as the assistant varsity coach at Lakeville North H.S., two years as MN State Select/ODP coach as well as years of coaching experience with Footskills and Coerver. Head coach for REV teams since '01. Currently the assistant varsity coach at Carleton College, and coach of REV U16 Classic 1 and U15 Premier/MRL girls teams.

Tim was a four-year player at Wartburg College, four time Conference Champion and four time NCAA Tournament attendee. His coaching experience includes Boys Varsity Assistant at Eastview High School, Coerver Coaching, Cedar Valley Soccer Association, and local recruiter and contact for Wartburg College in the Twin Cities. Tim has been a Head Coach for  REV off and on since 2004. He is currently coaching REV boys and girls teams.

Stephen Reed

REV Trainer & Head Coach

Prior to moving to MN, Stephen has coached in Colorado and New Mexico.  He moved to Minnesota to play for the Minnesota United Reserve team where he captained their first official season.  Now coaching at  Rev, he coaches their top Girls U13 team and Rev's top boys U17 team.  

In college, Reed played at Regis University. His senior year was part of their team that went undefeated in regular season but suffered a loss in the sweet 16 after being ranked number 1 in the nation.  He received all conference and all region accolades.

 

Stephen has coached with Coerver, and alongside RMAC college coaches as well as club and high school coaching in Colorado and New Mexico since '07.
